What is included in the venue rental?
The rental includes tables and chairs, with setup and breakdown. The desired floor plan layout must be submitted at least one week prior to the event date.
Can I bring my pet?
Only service animals are allowed inside the buildings.
What is not included in the rental?
Decorations, bartender, food, and other additional services are not included. Food must be brought in already prepared; cooking (e.g., frying, smoking, grilling) is not allowed inside or outside the venue.
What is the security fee policy?
Security fees are processed upon receipt and refunded as long as the venue is left in good condition and the listed timeframes are honored. If the security fee is paid with a credit/debit card, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
How do I make a reservation?
A 50% deposit of the rental amount and a refundable security fee for indoor spaces are required to reserve the venue. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, or Venmo, but checks are not accepted within 30 days of the event. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance, and must be finalized at least two weeks prior to the event date.
How should the venue be left after the event?
The venue must be left in the same condition it was found, with all trash placed in the provided receptacles and personal items removed. The venue must be vacated by the end time listed on the rental permit. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the security fee.
